Contribuisci feedbackWhen I pay for a large fry and you give me a large fry container with half full fries and a milkshake that has a cap that's not all the way on and it goes everywhere. and then they don't answer the phone during hours. How am I suppose to complain when you don't answer? I EVEN GAVE A TIP BEFOREHAND. WONT BE DOING THAT OR COMING BACK. AGAIN.
As much as I love sonic I won't be going back their location in perry Florida.i sat in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes and only 2 cars ahead of me and only 1 car at the station an i finally get to the window and its kids running the inside. They really need better management and services and food preparations, our food wasn't even hot at all. Microwave cheeseburger and tater tots isn't a good look for them. If I would have read the reviews I would have definitely saved myself from visiting...I'll be reading reviews from now on restaurants
Just went through hurricane not up and running fully
This Sonic has absolutely 0 pull-up menus that work. Half of them are blocked off with caution tape, and the other half either don't work at all, or they just refuse to answer when you push the button. They force everyone to go through the drive thru, and that makes the line super slow. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes on 10/31/2023 at approximately 19:30 without moving at all, and I couldn't leave because I was blocked in at that point. The parking lot is so small that you can't drive around vehicles to exit once you're in line. This is the worst service at a fast food place in Perry.
I wanted a shake so I went to Sonic around 9 and found out it was closed around 9:30 online it says it doesn't close till 12 if y'all wanna close early I think you definitely should change the time online and definitely updated it for door dash because there's been many times where I've ordered from door dash and never got my food because of Sonic being closed early on a Saturday night.
