Marco's Pizza - Perrysburg

Our weekly pizza from marcos ordered and was a little worried when it was 30 minutes after the delivery time and not yet pizza. I called to check the order as the person who answered it would be an hour too late. I asked to speak to a manager who came on the phone and told me it was an extra hour and then hanged on me before I could even say 1 word. I tried to call back two times to cancel my order at this point and they would pick up their phone and hang up immediately on me. of course, marcos will no longer be our weekly pizzaspot. pretty sad this type of customer service can ruin a customer of 20 yrs. would not recommend this location to anyone who is based solely on customer service!

I like this marcos and come a lot to lunch. today I came before the work to get something huh, and it was gooey and I called back the huh I made my order and it was still gooey again?

Pizza man. an absolute classic. beautiful pizza. funny enough is my name in the Spanish class marcos. that's really interesting, isn't it? The Spanish class isn't so funny because the teacher is a little gig and silly. I was told, marcos is really good at the early morning hours, but at other times is sub par. why?

Pick-up food didn't get everything paid for 2 liter mountain dew and ranch dipping sauce. that should be their best position.

Marco's does a great job. My family and I purchase from the Perrysburg location often and have always been satisfied with their service and their quality.
