Mcdonald's - Perrysburg

I am giving this restaurant two stars, but reviews with 2, 3, or 4 stars are like voting for an independent candidate; they don't really matter. This review would be forgotten if I succumbed to the pressure of giving a lower rating. The only thing stopping McDonald's from getting a 3-star review (which they probably wouldn't like) is the uncertainty about what you are actually eating. Considering how many people go missing every day, were you keeping an eye on McDonald's when it happened?

This morning, I drove through the restaurant's drivethru. The man working there was professional and friendly. When I reached the pay window, the line was moving quickly. The woman at the window was fast but not very friendly. She quickly told me the amount, took my money, gave me my drink, and handed me my food without greeting me. I didn't think much of it at the time. However, I realized she had forgotten to give me the milk that was part of my order. I turned around and returned to the window. The man working there was still pleasant, but the woman who had forgotten my milk handed it to me without apologizing. She then loudly told the man that she had given me the milk, implying that I had tried to steal it. I found this disrespectful and will not be returning to this location. I hope the owner sees this review and addresses the issue.

In their rush to meet the corporate drive-thru time limit, they made us pull forward and gave us only 1/3 of our order after a few minutes. We had to go back inside to get the rest of it and were met with attitude.

I cannot even believe the experience I had here tonight. I come through this McDonald’s often after long doubles at work and it’s usually just fine. Whoever was working the drive thru tonight was so rude to me from the second our interaction started that I literally left in the middle of ordering and went to the other Perrysburg McDonald’s instead. I haven’t had such a bad customer service experience in my entire life I’m truly shocked and disappointed. Whoever is taking orders for the drive thru there tonight seriously needs a reality check.

Good for morning or night and good and usually fresh cause they are usually busy all the time. Just some of the workers could be nicer or at least respectful ?
