I always go to Starbucks for my coffee, however every time I go to this location the service is horrible. They take FOREVER in drive thru and with online orders compared to other locations well past the quoted times. Inside is dirty as well with overflowing trash, no napkins or straws stocked, and floors are sticky. Maybe the workers should be retrained at this one.
7/10 times I ask for a grande and it's tall. Why does this happen so much? I've had to call them out here legit at least 10 times in the past 20 visits for this very thing. I originally wrote this off as an accident but it's happened so much now I'm starting to wonder. Other than people not knowing their drink size there, everything else is pretty good.
I pulled in a few minutes before they were closing. I was greeted by a beautiful smile and welcome to Starbucks. How can I help you? I knew it was going to be not easy to make this drink a blonde roast with heavy cream Amber quickly response by saying not a problem if you don’t mind waiting a few minutes, I can do a pour over. Absolutely amazed I said please I have a 10 Hour drive home. Amber is absolutely one of the best customer service representative I have ever met in a Starbucks. Thank you Amber.
The girl taking our order was rude. When I got to the window I asked if I could possibly have an iced water after I got my first drink (waiting for second) and she rolled her eyes at me and sarcastically said sure. If it was that big of a deal to get a water you could have just said no and I would have said ok no worries. Drinks sucked. Only got 2 3 of my drink and espresso tasted burnt. Also ordered a cfcb and tasted old weird. Meh experience at a low grade Starbucks; but that’s what happens when you hire people who are miserable being there.
