Casey's - Perryville

The restaurant is dirty and the pizza is soggy and not prepared correctly. They need to learn how to make pizza the right way, it's not that difficult to do.

I entered the restaurant once again and found that there were hardly any pizza slices available for purchase. This has been a common problem lately. I wanted to get a few slices, but there were only 3 sausage slices left and nothing else. I couldn't see any additional slices on the preparation table or in the oven. So, I decided to just order a whole pizza instead. As I began to place my order through the app, I realized it would be faster to just speak to an employee in person. When I asked the cashier for assistance, she reacted as though I had asked her to do something terrible. She rolled her eyes and got the attention of someone in the back, who reluctantly took my order. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. I am only giving this restaurant two stars because they are open 24/7. If I could, I would replace the staff with employees from a different establishment.
