I would recommend booking. There is a set menu of 3 courses, but with several different choices including a vegetarian option, that could also be made vegan. Or you can opt for 2 mains for £14. Good portion size and the food was cooked to order and served quickly. Nice touch with large jug of iced water provided free of charge. In all I am quite impressed and will be using the dining room again. On a side note all the cakes are made on site and are tasty
I always enjoy coming here, whether it's before a concert or for a quick drink during the day. The menu is good with reasonable prices, and they make a fantastic gin and tonic.
Had dinner with my husband and friends last night before attending concert series. So glad I booked for 530 well I say booked I got confirmation by return email but it hadn't been written down we managed to get a table organized for us. Service very slow I know they are fully booked when something on so would have expected plenty of staff. We eventually got our food which was very tasty and well presented. Then another wait for dessert and coffees and as for paying the Bill 20minutes after asking for it. Good value 2/3 course meal which was enjoyed by all. Make sure you book your table early to enjoy before attending any events.
This café is a great option for grabbing a coffee or enjoying a light lunch. They also offer pre-theatre snacks and have comfortable seating with table service. The atmosphere is not too noisy, making it a pleasant dining experience.
Annual trip from Airdrie to Perth for shopping and sightseeing. Quick lunch at the Glassrooms cafe before hitting the shops. Good choice, inexpensive, friendly attentive staff. Good toilet facilities. Bright and airy ambience.
