They went the extra mile to provide exceptional service and support, particularly when they discovered that my girlfriend was unwell with Covid-19 during a busy and difficult period. They all deserve acknowledgment and a salary increase for their dedication. Thank you, everyone!
Avoid this restaurant in Canning Vale, Western Australia. The staff is terrible, the service is awful, and the managers are incompetent. We waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes and they messed up our order. Another customer also had issues with their order and had to yell to get attention. This has happened multiple times in the past few days. It's clear that they don't care about customer service. It's best to go to the store in Gosnells, Western Australia instead.
Can't even manage a smile? After struggling to place my order at the self-service kiosk because I couldn't find decaf coffee listed, I was "greeted" by a girl who seemed to think taking counter orders was beneath her as she wore her headset for the drive-through. She didn't offer to upgrade my order to a meal, didn't ask if I was dining in, then handed me the order disc without saying a word and walked away. I ended up getting a takeaway coffee and McMuffin, and she couldn't be bothered to say anything since I had already waited 10 minutes. Honestly, I know it's only McDonald's, but a little courtesy and a friendly smile goes a long way!
I recently ordered a grilled chicken and aioli wrap from this restaurant. When I got home, I discovered that it was crispy instead. This has happened to me before, but I thought I had learned my lesson. Unfortunately, with my children in the car, I didn't have the time to go back and exchange it. It makes me wonder, what happened to good old customer service? This experience is not specific to this location, but seems to be a common issue at McDonald’s. The staff just doesn't seem to care anymore.
I placed an order from the machine and then waited a long time for my meal. While waiting, a group of McDonald's coworkers arrived and started chatting with each other instead of serving customers. It seemed like they were more interested in socializing with their colleagues than providing good service to customers.
