I ate there a few years ago and I still remember the perfumes, flavors, textures, the accuracy of the associations and the beauty of the presentation. We have to let ourselves be done by the chef who will bring you your plate and will explain with meticulous details what you eat. As far as I'm concerned, the supreme comfort: don't choose anything, either for dishes or for wines, and let yourself be done... faining and greedy, two deadly sins in one!

Delicious time with a seasonal dish tasting. The dishes are very well served and we feast at the end with the little mignardises.
