Hotel in una posizione abbastanza conveniente. Le camere sono datate ma calde e dotate di tutto il necessario. La pulizia era impeccabile. Il personale è molto cordiale, accogliente e professionale. Sono cresciuto in questo hotel, tra ricordi meravigliosi come un bambino e molto altro, tornando dopo molti, molti anni, sempre lo stesso, sembra che non sia passato il tempo... ma sempre bello!!! Consigliato!!! Camere: 3 Servizio: 4 Ubicazione: 4

Terrible experience. When we arrived at the hotel we found the room very cold and for this reason we asked for the radiator to be turned on. The answers were chilling to say the least as the manager didn 't just simply say no but started asking us where do you come from? Maybe you 're not used to the cold, but here we are in the mountains, you 're the only ones who complain , but the most beautiful part was I 'll go up to the room with you to see if it 's actually cold once the inspection had been carried out, the manager, with several shirts on, told us that for her it wasn 't all that cold... .but he could help us in some way. In the end he put a radiator or something similar in the room, which he could have done immediately without making this whole issue useless to say the least. We then asked the courtesy of leaving our luggage since we were leaving in the afternoon but they said no because they were closed for the season (I wonder why they didn 't close earlier if you can 't guarantee customer services or possible requests). All this was really absurd since it is a four-star hotel, but I 'm still looking for four stars. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 3

A few hundred meters from the town reachable on foot....4-star hotel, very nice, surrounded by greenery, quiet, well-kept. 24-hour reception service, friendly staff, clean environments...free parking is in front to the hotel. Abundant and varied sweet and savory breakfast....we had a very good time even though we stayed only one night unfortunately....definitely a point of reference for next time!
