Absolutely wonderful food! I was in area and smelled great aromas from this little spot at lunchtime. Thought it was full so went back later that night and found they had a whole back room of tables. Best dinner of our whole trip to Portugal. reasonable prices, large portions, deserts to die for, and dinner was so very tasty.

If you want to experience local atmosphere and the most delicious meals, I would highly recommend. I would make another trip to Regua just so we could dine again. We went twice during our visit and everything ordered was wonderful.

Daily menu with soup, maincourse, dessert, wine, coffee and sodas for Euro 6.50! Homecooked food, very friendly service. Lots of locals. Very hidden in a side street.

Hidden away a few meters behind the main street, this simply but good restaurant offers a small choice of meals, but the quality of the food was very good, the wine as well, and the prices were very acceptable. Would definitely go there again. The owners and waiters are very friendly and communication works somehow even if you don't speak Portugese.

You know you're on to a good thing when lots of locals are eating there! Food was so delicious we had the mixed grill for two which was accompanied by rice and fries. Such a flavour bomb that I couldn't stop eating as soon as it hit the table. Best value for money in Regua if you're in the area I highly recommend you drop in!
