Ideal for a stage in Pessac; the good mood of the team and its efficiency must be emphasized and the presence of regulars changes the atmosphere "urban lunch / work /pressed/bruary/impersonal". Despite the sleek look, we feel good. Value for very correct money. Day fish (real salmon net) cooked perfectly and beef tartar correct. So this positive for this establishment because it leaves the lot of others in the same sector.
