Very very bad service, we brought fur kids there for lunch and when we arrive, staff were ignorant, they showed us attitude with no intention of serving us. Pet friendly and very nice atmosphere. It’s clean and very conducive for pets to socialize. The Cafe’s resident pets are calm and friendly. There’s even a pet shop next door where you can get stuff for your furkids. Love it!

Horrible customer service. Staffs were not courteous to me and my pet. I had to stand at the counter to the lady scrolling social media on her phone until I said excuse me for her to process my purchase, no sense of remorse, seemed like I disturbed her. Had my dog leashed to my table for better supervision, staffs walked pass grumpily as if my dog is blocking their way, not sure what was wrong there. In house pets were cute but customer service is really nonexistent.

I absolutely adore this place! The interior design is impressive, the food is delicious, and, most importantly, there are a bunch of friendly dogs and cats around.
