So many foods and the nasi lemak for me boleh tahan lah. Repeat yes but maybe xalways. Then rimas sebab semua mcm 'cik duduk sini ' 'cik cik duduk sini '
Besides Aunty Gemuk, Lau Wan is another pork-free Penang-style char koay teow in PJ. Apparently, his char koay teow is so good that it recently won The Star People’s Food Awards for the best char koay teow category. In fact, it beat the runner-up by almost double the votes. With that in mind, I had to drop by and try it for myself.
One of a famous nasi lemak bungkus place to many of us. It had been a long time since I last step into this area and since I was nearby decided to drop by again tonight. Me and my friend have name this place Nasi Lemak Panas Panas and well known for one of our gathering place since college. Little did I know that I have yet to blog about this place and since Nasi Lemak is now well known for a healthy food by Times Magazine, I guess I should add that in too now.
This is my go-to place whenever I'm in need of good and cheap comfort food. Seriously, those Otak-Otak Kempas are so addictive. They go so well with the famous nasi lemak here (I prefer the red coloured ones). I can probably eat 3 baskets of otak-otak all by myself. The Teh O Ais Limau here is so refreshing as well. I wish they serve food like this everywhere in Klang Valley. I don't even mind paying a lil bit extra. Best late night eat and pocket friendly place in my book.
