Trattoria Roma - Petaluma

I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The Alfredo sauce was bland, couldnt taste the nutmeg, and was not salted enough. The chicken was cooked unevenly. The ends were overcooked and dry,it was cooked perfectly in the middle of the cut. Maybe it the breast was frozen when it was cooked.

This the 5th or 6th time that weve had Roma. Its 10/10 every time. Weve been to Sugo next door and its just not as good. Weve had the carbonara, tortellini, spaghetti and meatballs, bruschetta, Caesar salad...theyre all amazing.

The chicken Parmesan and penne bolognese were delicious! I would definitely recommend.

The Pollo Marsala was tasty but the mashed potatoes tasted instant and the veggies had no flavour. The meal was served in styrofoam which made it feel like hospital food and I had to be careful not to poke a hole in the container and make a mess.

The capellini Pomodoro and romana salad were great. The order was an hour late. The order status was pending at the restaurant. Not sure what the hold up was. The Uber driver time was fine.
