Buffalo Wild Wings Petaluma

I ordered the southwest chicken salad and received rock hard butter avocados. When I asked the server for different avocado he said they had no more. That was it, no offer for anything different. We used to come here often as our boys love the wings but it is gone downhill.

There was five servers working and one that was doing all of the work. There were three of us dining very straightforward orders it took us an hour and a half from arrival to departure. We were zero refills that goes for waters, a soda and two adults that ordered alcoholic beverage. We were brought our wings as a starter with no napkins or silverware. My husband proceeded to use his drink napkin it was only after our wings were gone that we were brought baskets and napkins. Buffalo Wild Wings is not a lavish nor highland place however one would expect such service at a fast food restraint. The burger that was ordered well done was raw in the middle. 20 minutes after being served our meals the were seen by our waitress when she saw the raw meat she took the unfinished plate and removed it from our ticket. There were a group of four servers that were standing around chatting while we watch one waitress run frantically from table to table.

Used the open app for the first time, reserved one table several hours before the time, rose to bww and they decided not to honor the confirmed reservation. I brought my wife and my children to the restaurant and they told me that they did not use the open app at the location petaluma. has not even offered to put us at the top of the waiting list or something. really disappointing experience! let's just say I'll probably never use open table and the family will stay away from bw for one because too. find your S*it from men!

We waited an hour for our food, some of which were cold when it came out. the waiters have not to sing my son happy birthday or to spice his cake when they brought him out. service and eating were very disappointing.

So obviously they use open table for reservations, but they do not accept any reservations when they playag. there are games pretty every day! if they do not accept these reservations for certain playage, make sure that the open table is not available for this day and if they cannot find out that then they do not use any open table at all.
