Fuji Japanese - Petaluma

The BEST rice and tempura you'll find in town, and I've been everywhere. If you care about actual drip tempura and traditional sushi gohan, this is where you need to go. An absolutely underrated gem. I know the location is unimpressive, but the food and staff very much make up for it. Cannot recommend enough; so delicious and so satisfying.

This is my all time favorite sushi restaurant, the service is amazing and the food is even better!! They offer lots of really yummy vegan vegetarian sushi roll options as well. Highly recommend Fuji Sushi!!

They don't answer the phone and the doors are locked during open hours, so its impossible to order.
