Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue - Petaluma

Food is okay but service is rarely friendly. The place is still locked down like Covid. I usually go out of my way to patronize the Santa Rosa store instead of this one.

I ordered the grilled chicken plate, and while the chicken was incredibly juicy, it had no flavor whatsoever. It didn’t even seem like it had been marinated—very bland overall. I usually love the macaroni salad from Ohanas, but this one missed the mark completely; it was devoid of any flavor. How can someone go wrong with macaroni salad?! The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

We purchased 34 pcs spam musubi w 20 pcs of bbq chicken musubi. Both w a big pcs of rice but a thin slice of spam or chicken and cost $175.00.Not worth it

The food is really greasy and that one special that I ordered, that the employee recommended gave me heart-burn and my dad said that it gave him acid reflux.

The quality of the food was fantastic! The curry brought back memories from my childhood and was flawless in every way. The restaurant is clean, and the service is quick. The food is fresh and delicious, plus the menu offers a wide variety of options. I will definitely be coming back!
