Sax's Joint - Petaluma

Cool Lil joint we found in town. The food was amazing. Although we just left, it was really good. The house made cookies amazing. On the way we broke out and got a cinnamon roll, OMG?. It was amazing!

Shrimp and grits and a short stack you can't go wrong my whole house looks like this place cool place to eat my children love this place I brought my bf here he loved this spot then I brought my oldest son it was his last days in the area of the bay living. Very good food! The best chicken steak I've ever had! My sister loved the Cheeseburger and the garlicries that came with him, brother loved the chicken and waffles was so much that he could not finish them! Drove about an hour to come to this place and we? ll definitely be back in the future!!

Friendly service, good tasting food served in large portions. We had the french toast, crab cake benedict, and biscuits and gravy. Crab cakes were homemade, full of flavor and I highly recommend them. Biscuits were large and fluffy, gravy was good but I like it when there are more sausage bits in it. Go with the half order if you want to try it. Even the half order takes up the entire plate it's on! The full order is enough to feed 2-3 people. French toast was great with and without the blueberry spread. Coffee was good. Pass on the **** Mary.
