A friendly cheerful restaurant with nice decor, bright and homey. The staff is easygoing and happy, the service quick and most of all the food is delicious! We have returned several times and the salads are superb! The Swedish pancakes for dessert are the best! This place is one of our absolute favorites!! The place is charming, if somewhat bare-bones. (Maybe it 's better thought of as Scandinavian simplicity at its best. Service, though limited, is fairly quick, friendly, and very professional. I can 't state this strongly enough: Go for the food! It 's fantastic, better than I could have imagined even after having read several outstanding reviews. From a delectable main of moules frites (mussels with fries to an unusual but satisfying cold fruit soup for dessert, my dinner was very nearly flawless. I felt like I was back in Stockholm for a moment! The food was incredible! We had the mussels, linguine, Brussels sprouts and chocolate cake. We tried our friends hamachi and Swedish meatballs. Everything was fresh, beautifully displayed and was absolutely delicious! The quality of the ingredients and the home style, freshly prepared dishes with a Swedish twist were so yummy. We will be back!
Casual, pleasant enough space, with a curated selection of home decor and other items (incl. candy! for sale. Staff is very pleasant, accommodating and give fine service. The food is very good! I had a salmon salad last time. But both times I've been, I'm still hungry after, AND I've spent a lot of money. Best for those who are prosperous, not especially hungry and/or already know they like Scandinavian food?
