Pavillions West Peterborough

Sam was our waiter, and he couldn't have been more helpful! We requested that the kids' meals be served first, and they arrived nearly instantly. He was very attentive when it came to our drinks and provided excellent service overall. The food was delicious. While the Salad Bowls weren't particularly exciting, the salad bar offered plenty of options, so that might just be on me. The burgers, mixed grill, and kebabs were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed. Plus, we had a 50% off voucher, making it an incredible value these days!

I stopped by for an impromptu breakfast and was disappointed to find that half of the menu items were unavailable, which was quite inconvenient given my food intolerances and allergies. They did prepare a yogurt and fruit cup for me, but unfortunately, some of the fruit was moldy and the dish was quite watery, making it unappetizing. Additionally, the tables were dirty and in need of proper cleaning. Overall, I was very disappointed and don't plan to return anytime soon.

The restaurant offers an excellent variety of food and a good selection of drinks. The staff is very helpful and attentive; however, our waiter created some confusion when he asked if we wanted large fries or potatoes, which made it unclear that he was referring to the double portion listed on the menu. As a result, we ended up with more food than we needed. Additionally, the steak was cooked more than the medium-rare we requested; it was overcooked. Since COVID restrictions have been lifted, we would appreciate the option to serve our own salad and drinks.

Made a last minute booking on a Sunday afternoon. My expectations were not particularly high as I had heard some bad stories from a few years ago when it first opened. Well things must have changed!! My experience was fantastic. Starting with the staff who were all really friendly. Our waitress was Daisy who was lovely and the service and friendliness were top notch. Then the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. The toilets were the cleanest I think I have ever experienced in a restaurant or pub. I am struggling to think of anything that could have enhanced my enjoyment of my family meal. I wouldn’t hesitate to dine here again.

Incredible service! Honestly the wait staff at this restaurant were spectacular, best I’ve ever seen in my life. Especially Daisy! The UK are pretty famous for having poor customer service but it was just the right mix of friendly but not over the top like in the US. The food was amazing as well, great value for money. Was expecting it to be way more expensive! And they have unlimited drinks refills with the different flavour syrups. 10/10, 5 stars, we visited on Monday and we’re coming back on Saturday!
