This pub offers great food at reasonable prices. The staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service. It's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a friendly pub that offers good value. My wife has dietary restrictions and needs gluten-free options, but there were no issues at all— the staff were very accommodating. Price per person: £20–30. Food: 4/5. Service: 5/5. Atmosphere: 5/5. I highly recommend the Steak Guinness Pie!

This is an amazing village pub! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, and there's a great sense of fun. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect score of 5!

Turned up 10 mins before the kitchen was closing in the evening, but Olivia behind the bar kindly took our order and brought our food to our table what seemed like only a moment! We ate Gammon,egg and chips,served with the freshest ingredients and accompanied with tasty garden peas. Lovely homely pub atmosphere, just the right balance and we drank a refreshing pint with dinner. The chef had cooked and presented the dish on warmed plated as if it was his first serving of the day! Over all a splendid occasion that saved our weary souls after a long day of travelling. Thank you all for the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
