McDonald's - Peterborough

I had a terrible experience at McDonald's drive-thru. I was ordering food for my family and requested an extra item for my wife. However, the staff entered my wife's order separately and never corrected it, leading to extra charges. I asked for a receipt multiple times but none of the staff at the booths provided one.

The renovation wasn't needed ,just adds to confusion of where to get served as most dine in places put more focus on people going through the drive

The food was ok, and the price is pretty standard for fast food. The service was/is slow and I find the managers seem to ignore customers. The staff not all of them but a lot are not very friendly.

My order was late not sure if it was skip or MCs but MCs threw in an extra big Mac. I didn't complain or anything. They just gave it to me. Either than having to do throw the sundae in freezer for a few mins,which is to be expected lol. All was good and appreciate the customer service.

I got charged for $78 worth of food but only bought 2 coffees a muffin and sundae. They refuse to refund me. ELDER ABUSE.
