I would like to speak to the owner. The food was rated 4 out of 5, but the service only received a 1.

I ordered wings and chicken tenders at this restaurant tonight, and they were hands-down the worst wings I have ever had in my life. The chicken tenders were also hard as a rock. I do not recommend eating here. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner

The food at OIP Petersburg used to be excellent, but now it is disappointing. I'm not sure what has changed, but the service is bad and uninviting. They really need to improve both their food and their service, or consider shutting down.

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent and friendly! Both my mom and daughter loved the after dinner mints too!

Tokyo Peter's used to have amazing food in the past, but now the quality of the food is lacking. I'm not sure what changed or who took over, but the service is now terrible and unfriendly. The restaurant needs to improve their food and service or consider closing.
