Jack is a great location. Eating is always good and hot. staff are so friendly and helpful. his employees love working for him and staying there for years. jack also works. he's not just standing around. he does everything he asks of his workers. he runs a very clean plant and his food speaks for himself. it is a great place to eat

Had no bad burger/shoot or pommes yet. hits the spot every time right. bonus points: forever epic, always on point customer service

I was quite pleased to find a What a Burger in Virginia (I know of a couple in NC, but thought most were in the mid south, like Texas)...and I was even happier with my experience! The drive-thru line was rather long, but cleared out pretty quick; the lady taking orders was friendly and efficient, and the food (double all the way' cheeseburger, large fries, medium Pepsi) was hot and delicious, obviously fresh, good sized portions. I do regret not getting a milkshake, after seeing the advertisements, but it gives me a reason to return next time I'm in Petersburg.You all do a great job, thanks for an excellent meal!

The best burger place in the city of Petersburg. If u ever get a chance to stop by please stop by they are best. Making burgers like the old days.
