Natural Food Deli - Petersfield

I went for lunch with a friend today and there are plenty of gluten free options offered I went for chicken avocado on gluten free toast with chilli jam. It was delicious, but I have spent the afternoon and evening in horrible bloated pain, which is the way I’m usually affected by eating gluten. I’m sure the toast was gluten free, but wonder if maybe it came into contact with gluten via the toaster or something? It’s a shame because I’ll think twice about eating here again now. Would still recommend the great service and food to anyone who doesn’t have similar problems ingesting gluten.

I'm sure the toast was gluten-free, but do you wonder if he might come in contact with gluten via the toaster or something? It's a shame because I'm gonna think twice about eating here again. Would still recommend the great service and food for anyone who has no similar problems gluten.
