L'esprit des Saveurs - Petit-Caux

We were taken here by friends during a short visit. we knew the restaurant that was originally here as the auberge of the gourmets. we cost some unusual dishes. my starter of tartine de chevre, with Lardons/Mushrooms and salat was very good, but our...main course of the fish environment (pollack) was excellent, served with a good mix of sweet, beautiful cooked in a creamy wine sauce. Our friends had the hausburger, boiled with a beautiful melted cheese interior, in a large bungalow that found delicious. I had the brikett de camembert with apples and salad to finish the meal. in a filou type baked it was unusual, but delicious combination. theere were a series of guests in the restaurant, but service was efficient and friendly. the restaurant is located in the village berneval le grand, a very quiet environment from the bustle dasppe, with good parking opposite the restaurant. there is a set menu in euro (entree, plat dessert) which we consider excellent the quality of food.

This restaurant is relatiw, after it was opened from the bottom of the auberge of the gourmet, which was at this address. we received an excellent greeting and found the restaurant completely renovated and was very attractive. the menu was very well planned and very interesting, and eating cooked to perfection, and the service was also good. I have no memory of recommending this facility and will certainly eat here again.

We came to this restaurant several times, including once for a wedding. The kitchen is searched with rather copier plates. The products are very fresh, which guarantees a quality cuisine. A very good restaurant, refined cuisine with fresh and very well worked products. The room became friendly, pleasant ... and despite a somewhat overflowed service (the poor waitress was alone), we ate very well. A place that is suitable for lunch and family meals.
