I was never disappointed by his choice of venue and sure enough this place was great. I found the atmosphere enticing. The service and the food were nice and reasonably priced. To top it all the music was happy and inviting, performed by a Mexican guitar
Yesterday evening, my partner and I dined at a restaurant. I ordered a seafood pizza and my partner chose the chicken calzone. He mentioned that the creamy chicken in his calzone didn't taste right at the time, but he was hungry and decided to eat the entire meal anyway. Unfortunately, he has been feeling very sick and bedridden all day today. This is the only meal we had differently yesterday, so we suspect that the food poisoning came from that dish. I am now worried that I might also experience symptoms, especially since I am pregnant and cannot afford to get sick.
Delicious. We have been going to Alcazar and getting take-aways for years. Our dinner last night began with our lovely host taking care of our order. The background music and decor created the mood to enjoy our Mediterranean meal. When the family holiday on the coast we always go to Alcazar and always enjoy the night.
I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant! The pizzas, pastas, and curries are all brilliant. I have been frequenting this place often since I am staying nearby. The pizzas are incredibly fresh and the desserts are dangerously delicious. This restaurant comes with my full recommendation.
A Cozy Intimate Cafe. My wife and I had dinner here on a Saturday night. In all we were very happy with the food, the service and the atmosphere. The staff were polite and friendly and the food was excellent. My wife had the Lamb Calzone and I had the Chicken Phanaeng curry (special of the day), and we both shared a Garlic Bread. The quality of the food really was excellent, strong flavours and very well presented. Both meals cost $20.50 each. The serving sizes were smallish, but still good value for money. I would definately come back to Cafe Alcazar, and highly recommend it to anyone passing through or staying near Marcoola.
