Great food. each dish was tenderly cooked and brought by the best ingredients. we had duck breast, salmon spinach, bark steak and chicken with mushroom sauce. good cozy atmosphere. ideal for long hiking trail peterhof.

The service is extremely slow. we order a beer and it took 15min to bring it, and the second beer did not arrive. we had two beef salad for 2500 rubles (34 and although they were delicious, it took very long to use them. Quality/price very low, I woulnd’t recommend and would not come back

So freaking cosy, u can't even imagine. When it was so badly cold outside, the are having a real fireplace in the main hall which makes the air smell so tasty. It isn't smth posh or luxurious. It is simple, tasty, home restaurant with tasty simple 4 understanding cuisine .

We were passing through Peterhof and among the majority of restaurants, we chose this Alex House. We came solely based on reviews and ratings. I don't understand where all the positive reviews come from. The interior is nice, but you can still see that it has not been renovated for a long time. At first, we thought we were not welcomed here at all. The dining room was empty. On top of that, it was cold. We had to eat in our jackets, and we also seemed to have chosen a table poorly and spent the whole meal thinking that it was about to break. The only thing we liked was the food, so that's one star. I don't know about you, but we definitely won't be coming back here.

Excellent service, unobtrusive service. Maria and Maxim are a great team. I’m not particularly fussy about food, hot food is definitely delicious Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
