Everything we had is wonderful. service is excellent. my man is a cravings and loves the Mexican colleague. highly recommended.

Love this place! family owned and operated by briggs himself! the bbq is from this world! the brisket ribs fall apart best way! the sides are different tasty. I've never been a fan of koleslaw until I had her South Texas Colleg. the loaded bbq spud that I could eat every day if I could! from day specialties, good portion sizes and a very wide selection of cold beer. they can't beat this place! 10 10 recommend.

Hi Briggs. The Goliad Club dinner you catered went very well. Clay had it by himself. I had been really sick for a few days and I didn’t make it. Clay did have a few left overs, it was all great the Bar B Que was very tender, potato salad I actually hogged from Clay it was soooo good and whatever you do please don’t change the Bar B Que sauce it’s perfect!
