Mcdonald's - Pewaukee

I know someone who works there and I say that there are bugs and mice in the whole kitchen, and there is only one person who knows how to change and clean the fat so that they have sometimes used the same bad fat for weeks. In the preparation of food, there are only general harmless conditions. They ignore that they have mice, do not wear masks or gloves, and a worker even cleaned the food of people before he gave them. They asked me not to bring their name to it, but I?m posting this review to let people know what?s actually with their food behind the scenes, as they know how suspicious it is back, but tell their workers to ignore the mess and tell no one.

I?m not sure why burnt sandwiches on multiple occurrences is acceptable. How could you serve this? I have received 1/4 to 1/2 a burnt sandwich. Do not recommend this location.

An hour before closing. Waited 10 minutes before she said something on the ride thru. I said hi after 10 minutes and they were angry and said they wouldn't serve me to be rude. Terrible service.

By driving thru on a Saturday night and there were a total of 3 other cars before us between 2 lanes and it took over 20 minutes before our order was taken. The vehicle before us was tired to wait and finally simply without order. Considering that the lobby was closed, so the only customers they were in the drive should have been more attentive.

Every time I give this McDonald a different chance, I am reminded of why I avoid this place and go to Ryan St or Sussex. I? m even recognized in the thru line; Otherwise wait a good 5 minutes to have taken my order, although there are rush time frames outside the dinner and there is only one other customer. And if it is during a dinner, you can expect to wait well 20 minutes before you are served. When I enter the window, I will usually pass the product without eye contact, let alone any form of closing the transaction in general. I leave the feeling I have to? ve has done something wrong, but it is clear the other way around.
