Pizza Hut - Pewaukee

Always takes FOREVER to deliver. Over an hour every single time. There are so many occasions that we?ve wanted to order a little later at night (around 7) and it says the pizza won?t get there until 8:30 so we just cancel it. That?s ridiculous. Also for some reason this locations pizza just does not taste as good as the other pizza huts I have been to.

Order delivery from here twice before, they sent me to a wild geese hunt my second time because they thought they could not deliver to my address once before. The food also took one and a half hours to come here. I ordered from there tonight, and apparently they don't have a van. seems pretty asinine for one of the

I ordered a large filled crust pizza and seemed like everything was great, took the 3rd disc and it had baked a black HAIR in it! I called and spoke to a manager who was extremely rude and told me that nobody was there with black hair. I said I could bring the pizza back because I wasn't able to eat it... my lunch break was over so it wasn't like I could just come back. Could offer me a new one!

The pizza was served quickly and tasted excellent. The customer service was exceptional, located upstairs and truly outstanding.

This was my second visit to this restaurant to get my kids their free pizza. The first time was enjoyable, but this time we chose to order additional food. Unfortunately, the person taking our order wasn’t familiar with the specials. I did eventually get what I wanted, but I had to ask about it, which made the process longer. It would be helpful if all the specials were clearly displayed at the counter so that guests can easily see what they can order.
