L'ambrosia - Pezens

Went here for lunch, had the 4 course menu. All courses were beautifully presented and tasted amazing, and the little tasters on arrival were equally lovely and a nice touch. Good choice of wines and the sommelier was very helpful when asked for advice. Overall would recommend a visit to this place even though it’s a bit out from Carcassonne (although we got there by bus to Pezens)

A last minute booking because we had been let down by the unexpected closure of a nearby restaurant where we had a long standing booking for 9. All nine accommodated at a large round table and treated to a magnificent meal with choices available for all our fussy eaters. Staff attentive and service efficient. Quality and appearance of food superb and far above our expectations. Why no Michelin ?

Always delicious for lovers of great cuisine. Don't go for a fried steak.

In the night at Domaine de Joucla, Sébastien brought us our menus. A real treat of taste buds. Fresh products worked with passion and a taste worthy of the 5 stars attributed. We will soon go to his restaurant. I highly recommend. Thanks to him and his team.

My recent experience in this restaurant was simply remarkable. The professionalism of the service, the elegance of the decoration and the quality of the kitchen conquered me. No doubt, an address I intend to return to.
