Contribuisci feedbackOrdered a few days back...not get more than an hour of order... they... after age was able to talk to the manager... they said they were short employees and can't deliver my order... they canceled, my money back. Quickly forward I ordered today, they call me after 40 min of the order that I should order outside their delivery zone and I should order from other dominos... the website will not let me do that as it made me to this business based on my address....and then my order had to be canceled again.... Why do you take orders if you can't deliver? Anyway, finished with Dominos now for good!
Do NOT order from this place. I had 2 of the worst experiences with this place. The first time we've ordered to do it and it took too long. For the second time? Is the reason I'll never order from here again. Last night I put a delivery order at 7:02. I live less than 10 minutes from this place. The tracker said they were on the "preparation" step- for ZWEI HOURS. when I called to check my order, he said it would be another 30 minutes before it even goes for delivery - no excuse or explanation. I tried to be as polite as possible, but Jesus, where is the customer service there? Once again, I placed my order on 7:02. My order came to 10. It was so cold that I had to cook the pizza myself in the oven. Over 3 hours from start to finish? Really? I understand weekends are crazy, but I never waited more than 2 hours on a pizza, even on busy weekends, everywhere, ever. If your staff is unable to handle the order volume, this store must either close until they can get some employees, pay more to get more staff, or close it completely. That was absurd.
Wait for a refund! Then the review will change to reflect! Shoanie, the manager, has offered a refund. Explains that they are short staff are Horribler customer service. I applied for the pizzas I delivered. It never happened. Also, waited to stop talking to someone from the store for almost an hour and still nothing. I am very annoyed that Shoanie is the manager and name on the command that helps. I'm super understanding, but there was no COMMUNITY. Just a hungry mom and family here who are waiting. I expect a refund, of course. Update: it arrived over 2 hours after the order. KOLD and hard from sitting out. At this point we had already cooked and ate a Digornos pizza. Super disappointed. It is the following day... still try to contact someone for a refund
This place is bad. The order comes late all the time, is usually wrong and cold. I literally never made anyone to answer, think that the longest effort I brought was about an hour and half in my hand. I was in this place a handle of times to pick up orders for my staff. Once I asked the manager why the app would not allow me to place a delivery order for my evening team. The delivery time was 930. The branches were booked for delivery until 12 o'clock. He said I didn't have a driver, so I asked if this is the case, I can pick up. He says no pick-up time closes at 8:00. Shrug's shoulders and left. I just don't use Dominos anymore. I can understand that I'm a short servant, but he didn't have any reason to be so dismissed and act as if it were my fault.
It took them 2 hours to deliver our pizzas which were cold when they got to us. They didn’t answer my many phone calls leaving me on a 37 minute hold for one call before I gave up trying to get in touch with someone. The only kind thing I can say in that the delivery driver was apologetic and nice about the whole thing.
