Pizza Hut - Pharr

Extremely disappointing! The customer service was terrible. The woman serving was disrespectful and changed the promotions you had when ordering through the app. Be cautious, as she adds extra charges to your card and then claims that the promotion doesn't apply if you pay in cash. I've been a Pizza Hut customer for over 10 years, and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. The server laughed at me while she shouted, which is just how she communicates with customers. She claims I was raising my voice at her, but I think she only hears the echo of her own voice. I cannot recommend this place at all—zero stars!

I placed an order that was estimated to take 50-60 minutes. It's now an hour past that time, and I still haven't received anything.

Pizza arrived before time quoted. It was hot and really good. I will order again. Delivery driver very friendly

The staff at this location on Jackson is excellent. Everything tasted just right.

The worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Staff completely ignored me in drive thru for over 6 minutes. It wasn't until the delivery driver arrived back to store that actually came to the window to help and apologize for the delay. The other two walked past the window many times. Pizza was already cold and I arrived right at ready time. Won't be going back. Plenty of other pizza chains to try
