A truly soulless location. Employees seem unmotivated, dismal, sad, and there?s no spark in anybody?s eyes. Masks or not, not a single smile in this place..... if those employees only knew they were failing every future interview with potential employers on each transaction. I can?t place blame on them.... management should step in and help their employees..... either way I think this location just LOST at least 15 years of future DAILY sales from this now former patron. Gas, food, and convenience are almost everywhere now.... Businesses still need to give us a pleasant experience. Maybe LIST SALES will get someone to act.... if not, I guess that tells the entire story.
So I stopped and picked up a 16oz coffee and two donuts. Sign says 2.59. Bought many times at Bolder City store. No issue seems person wasn't trained correctly or its not good on Mondays. Either way I paid 4 bucks and left. Not going there again.
Ordered breakfast pizza since my kids love it and was made to feel it was out of the ordinary for a breakfast pizza to be ordered as dinner. Then told 15 minutes and when we arrived it still hadn?t been put in. Excuse was everyone was new and vocalized with an attitude. Not overly friendly or appealing environment. Phelps Byrne has gone downhill.
Be prepared to stand at the counter for atleast 5 minutes before anyone who works there even acknowledges your existence. Seems like whatever they are all talking about is always more important than what they are getting paid to do.
