Ihop - Phenix City

Stood in lobby waiting for someone to seat us no one insight for over 10 min could hear them i. Back, so I called from the lobby, no one answered. We gave up as we were leaving the mgr finally came up to lobby and said are you leaving or coming in. We went ahead and let her seat us. Server Noah was great! Its been awhile since we've been here and after tonight's experience it will be a good long while before we come back. This restaurant has rely gone down hill. Soo disappointing!

We go about 2 times a week some times more nice place and quiet!!

Absolutely wonderful service and some of the best hospitality. STEP was on her game.. literally some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The food was AMAZING . I got the first omelet on the page chunky something another, it looked just like the picture. I got the double pancakes, OMG extremely well prepared, they as well looked like the picture. Props to the cook, baby you did an amazing job as well. If you decide to go ask for STEP, and I'll pray you get the same cook. Great job I hop staff. Oh yea, shout out to the hostess this evening as well. You all done a fantastic job!

One of the best ihops around here. Good service with nice waitresses. Our family always feels at home there. And should something not be right they go above and beyond to correct it. Mari was our busy little bee she kept our coffee and sugar coming. Our food was delicious and on time she new items on our menu and we able to meet our desires. Thanks
