Marco's Pizza - Phenix City

What a rude a lady at front she had attitude the whole time i was ordering so i just left she should be fired and its sad cause its a new marcos but that lady should be washing the bathrooms

The new store looks beautiful! The staff is fantastic, and the pizza is absolutely delicious. I'm so happy this location has opened in the area; it was definitely needed!

The food was enjoyable, but the staff remained in the back, causing us to wait a bit longer than expected for extra items like plates and cups.

Always great pizza and excellent service! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that they don't deliver to my address, which is only about 5 minutes away.

I used to enjoy this restaurant because it was good and conveniently located near my home. However, the quality of the food has declined, the staff is rude, and it just doesn’t appeal to me anymore. I’ve grown accustomed to cold pizza and poor customer service. I don’t see myself returning here in the future. Also, it’s worth mentioning that no one takes a second job out of desire; it’s often out of necessity.
