Marco's Pizza - Phenix City

Ordered a pizza delivered to our hotel room. It was exactly on time, nice and warm, and delicious!! The online ordering was easy, too. We would recommend.

Amanda and her team did an excellent job on our food, had a minor mis understanding about our food. And they went beyond to make it right! we drove n extra 18 min just to come to this store than the one closest to us, which is on university! Amanda and her team tonight were the real MVP’s !!! I ordered 3 pizzas got home and they all were made wrong. So i called back up there and got the most rudest person Amanda on the phone and she told me that she made the all of the right and im not getting a refund after i told her that i was bringing all 3 of them back and hung up in my face. The pizza was so bad that my son literally threw up after eating 1 slice. This will be the last time that I give them my business after spending my money there and getting talked to like an animal over the phone.

I love Marcos but lately the quality is not top tier. the pizza has been extremely greasy. The quality definitely doesnt match the price i was paying it reminds me of cheap greasy version of Hungry Howie's now i wish corporate see this and stops this catastrophe.

I'm a truck driver stuck at the marathon truck stop out of hrs to drive and nothing close to me to eat I called to get a pizza delivered to me was willing to tip the driver extra to drive 5.5 miles out here. And he would not do it shame on your driver and the manager. With out truckers you guys would not get anything. What a sorry restaurant
