Mcdonald's - Phenix City

I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with a side of fries and a Large Coke. When i opened the bag, i saw 5 ROACHES inside the nugget box. There was also maggots in my fries. And when i pulled out of the drive thru, i saw Ronald Mcdonald staring at me from the corner of the building. Never coming here again

I was in Opelika this morning when I placed a mobile order on my cell phone.... I assumed it would order from the McDonald's of the parking lot in which I was sitting but I assumed wrong.... Apparently I ordered from the McDonald's about 25 mi away in Phenix City.... That being said I realize it was my fault however... When I tried to call the McDonald's in Phenix City at address 3709 the phone number says it's disconnected... I went inside the McDonald's I was at in Opelika and the manager there was trying to be helpful and also tried to call that McDonald's by looking them up on the internet etc and she also could not reach them and got a disconnected phone number. Anyways I got charged and I'm out the nine bucks I was trying to spend.... Just take careful note of which McDonald's is highlighted in your app!

Came with my children was not greeted, girl kept sweeping, her family came in she started talking to them and they got their food didn’t even care that me and my children were standing there ready to order I walked out with my children and won’t ever return customer service is in hell, do

Worst service ever. Give you greet them nicely they don 't even reply. They just ignore. Feels like everyone that works here hates their job. Rudest people/service. You rather go to the one on 80 by Walgreens. Just 3 to 4 min away from this nasty location

As for parking, the drive-thru was backed up with numerous cars waiting for their food, which ended up blocking the parking lot.
