Every time I take the train into Philly, I walk here as soon as I’m off the train and get picked up from here instead. Their slices taste so buttery. I don’t know how they do it.They have a nice seating area in the back with a free water station, or a counter/shelf you can stand and eat at in the front.
You don’t come across too many vegan pizza spots and it’s tough to taste the difference one you try the pizza.I went with a group and tried a bunch of different sides and all of them were great. Crisp crust, with fresh ingredients layered in top.A great spot to get a quick bite
This is one of the best pizzas I have ever tried. What’s vegan? I forgot about all that once I took some bites. Has Barstool come here for a review? I think he’d give this place at least an 8. This spot is no fluke and the obscenely high ratings are well-justified. The pizza crust is as perfect as I can imagine, thin and crispy. You must try it. Highly HIGHLY recommed, especially for pizza lovers.
This pizza is unbelievable. I'm not vegan and their supreme pizza can honestly pass for meat pizza. Good cheese pull and right amount of sauce; not greasy. You also don't feel bloated or heavy after eating.
I really enjoy this spot. It used to be Blackbird Pizza and had 2 locations I frequented. In my opinion, BB pizza was better (crust was thicker and chewier, and the cheese was better). However, in comparison to other vegan pizza shops and offerings in the city, this spot is, by far, the better choice. The folks that work there are always so pleasant, and I love that I can get white pizza there. As someone with a dairy allergy, I had never had white pizza before, but I wanted to try it. The homemeade cashew mozzarella takes a while to get used to, and sometimes it is a bit much, but it's tasty. When the slices are hot and fresh, it is really good.I live 40 minutes away and will drive to get this (past several other vegan pizza shops/offerings) or rush from work to get there before they close; it's that good. Also, the garlic knots are TO DIE FOR!Parking: It's center city. You already knowDietary restrictions: This place is great for vegans and vegetarians.I'm not sure about gluten free diets
