Baan Thai - Philadelphia

My favorite Thai restaurant! I no longer live in Philadelphia, but whenever I'm back in town, I always make it a point to visit Baan Thai. I've been a fan of the Pad Prik Pow for years—it’s my go-to dish. And you can’t go wrong with their delicious spring rolls either!

The chicken satay was served cold, the basil fried rice was soggy, and the dumplings lacked flavor. Additionally, there were no utensils provided.

DoorDash app should rice paper spring roll photos, in reality it turned out fried, hands down the worst Tom yum soup I have ever had, the curries were as sweet as dessert, wouldnt recommend

Both meals were very bad. We ordered take out and live right around the corner. The pad Thai flavor tasted like sweet and sour chicken. The egg clumps in the dish indicate it is not cooked fresh. The noodles are also clumped together. The shrimp had the shells on them which were nearly consumed on the first bite. The ingredients were poor . Circles Thai is much better!

The Mango with Sweet Sticky Rice was inedible. It was so tough that it actually broke my plastic fork. The Crab Rangoon (A14) was mushy and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time after frying.
