Placed an order online and paid for it. The order was confirmed and when I got there to pick it up they had all the doors locked and no one was there. Reached out to support multiple times about getting a refund and no one could help. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for a refund.
Is it even open lol? I made order online went to pickup 30 min after it opened and place looks deserted lol. I contacted the support and provided with details haven?t heard from them in two weeks. Good fries, will be getting them from supermarket instead.
I say this with all due respect: if I could give a zero-star rating, I would. There’s only one stool available that’s easy to access. I've been there three times over the past two weeks, and each time the place has been empty. The parking lot is deserted, and there's no sign indicating that it’s closed. It was around 2:00 in the afternoon. I really wish Checkers would hire staff to manage the service they provide. It feels like no one in this company is concerned about the quality of service they offer.
I ordered through the app, but I didn't receive any notification about my order status. I tried calling, but nobody answered the phone. There were no signs indicating that the doors were locked, so I ended up having to go through the drive-thru to get my food, which I had already paid for. It was returned to me in large beverage containers. I've included pictures.
