China Star - Philadelphia

I recently noticed a "closed" sign on the restaurant, and I really hope they haven't shut down for good. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant, and I always order from here. If they're gone, I will really miss the delicious food! I absolutely love their mei fun and dumplings!

I would not recommend spending your money here. I ordered delivery on May 3rd and got pork egg foo young, an egg roll, and four chicken wings. The pork egg foo young had small pieces of overcooked pork that tasted oddly sweet. The egg roll was tough and chewy with very little flavor. While the wings were tasty, they were not worth the $8.25 I paid, as they were some of the smallest wings I've ever encountered. To top it off, my order came without any condiments, utensils, or napkins. I won’t be ordering from China Star again.

Food didn’t taste that good. The advertise poke bowls, but they have none. The bubble tea was OK. I ordered shrimp, lo mein, and rice combo but they had five pieces of shrimp and like three or four pieces of beef on there. That was horrible was a big place almost 20 bucks and that’s all I got. I’ve never eaten there again horrible

I ordered at 745 pm and I ask for shrimp and rice which is 10 shrimp and rice white and five wings with fried rice they charged me 30sheaid you spend 30your delivery is free why the gave me fries that were cold and dry no salt pepper nor

I ordered a general tso's chicken and the chicken was bad I ordered some shrimp fried rice with it in the rice was mushy very disappointed in a waste of
