Took my daughter for her 5th birthday. The kids enjoyed there self great place to take the little one’s have fun!!!

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday. The upgrades at this restaurant are fantastic.

Took the kids out to play today and we were all having a good time until the kids wanted to exchange their tickets. One of the employees in a red shirt was incredibly lazy. When the kids asked for toys, she gave off a lazy vibe and tried to cheat us out of our tickets. I knew we had around 2400 tickets, but she only exchanged 10 small items for 15-50 tickets each. She claimed that was all we had, which seemed suspicious. I asked to take a picture of the tickets for each toy to total them up and she quickly corrected the mistake. She seemed scared and continued with the exchange, but also pulled out her phone and ignored my kids. Chuck E. Cheese, please retrain this employee - her name might be Kayala, she is skinny and about 5'1. The other staff members were friendly and hardworking, but always be sure to double-check your tickets before making any exchanges.
