Domino's Pizza - Philadelphia

Paid for extra items on the pizza but instead received a regular one. The cashier was extremely rude and argued that was extra meat. Asked for pepper and she just said ?we are out?. The pizza was also burned. Worst of all, she was not even wearing a mask!

In the past I praised this store at 401 N 21st Street in Philadelphia, but it has changed drastically in the past couple months. They?ve cut down drastically on the toppings and have a manager now that has zero customer service skills so much so that I called with a complaint about the pizza that I received and he stood quiet and stated he has no comment and refused to give me his name. I ordered extra beef and you will see in the picture the pizza I received.

I tried ordering from the app. I was declined twice but got texts from my card company say both went through. I call the N21st location where I?d get delivery from ?Hi I tried to order from the app, but it said nothing went through, but I have confirmation from my credit card that I was charged? Some rude person who needs to be fired ?We don?t have anything for your address ? and just hangs up. No offer to help. No off to take the preset over the phone.. no let me get the manger to make sure you get refunded. Just hangs up.. The last time (which was my first time with this location) my delivery was a hour late. They seriously need to just close this location and expand 7th and south streets delivery?s. 7ths is such a better run store.. employees don?t hang up unless they know they can get away with it. So close the location and fire everyone as they clearly don?t understand food industry or customer service

I placed a $35 order for delivery from this Domino?s at 1:50AM. At 2:50AM I called to cancel but they said the delivery driver had already left the store. They were open until 4AM that night. The food never came. Once they reopened in the morning, I called and requested a refund. They said they were unable to refund an order placed the same day for some odd reason, and asked that I call back the next day. I called the next morning and then I was told they couldn?t find any history of my order. Yet my card was charged as soon as the order was placed. This place is a scam, do not trust them with your card information or to provide you a service that you?ve paid for.

Without a doubt the best dominos I?ve ever had. You?re reading this review because you want to know if it?s a good late night option or you?re hungry for a mid day snack. The answer is yes. I ordered pick up and my food was ready in under 10 mins with numerous tickets on the line. Not only was the food quick but the people were happy, they had gloves, and they were efficient. I don?t know about you but those 3 things are all i care about at this hour. Cleanliness, efficiency, and mindset. 11/10 stars for a wonderful experience. Ditch the Uber eats and get pickup or delivery. These guys are the hardest working people in the city. Highly recommend. Thank you!
