Dunkin' - Philadelphia

The donuts are fresh, the hot tea is excellent, customer service is great. Love the snacking bacon and the pepper bacon, egg and cheese on a couisant.

What a terrible experience. On Thursday at 6:00. The driving employee couldn't speak loud enough and when I asked him to speak, he called me. Beverages were sweetened or not sweetened and the sorted Munchkins were all chocolates. Terrible service, terrible food. Dunkin ever.

You apparently can't get anything but coffee and some stale donuts after 1pm. Never gonna go there again.

This is a COMPLAINT against ALL dunkin donuts in the North East USA!!! Got back from trip to Georgia. Stopped into DD in NC SC and GA. Some were dingy half gas half DD hwy stops, but even at a gas station DD the bagels were FAR better. Well, GUESS WHAT? We are ripped off here in the NE. I have PICS to prove it. Notice the multigrain bagel, the one w the bite thru it. ALOT better, cheaper, bigger. YUP. Not in the Northeast USA!!! Nope. We are nickle and dimed here to death. Even our DD bagels! WOW.

I've attempted to eat here several times, but the hot foods consistently have an unpleasant smell and taste. There’s a strange chemical odor that’s hard to describe, and the croissants really stink of it. This makes the food inedible. I read on Reddit that this could be due to not changing the microwave liners often or how the food is stored. I'm not sure, but I definitely won't be returning.
