I was also offered more bread after I had eaten everything. I have politely rejected the second basket. the service was phenomenal, eating despicable, and the prices were appropriate. I recommend emma’s cafe and I will definitely be back.
I was years old today when I discovered this place and I love him! the salmon was delicious, the salad was perfect! the lady on the phone that took my order was friendly, warm and welcoming. this place is a diamond in the rough on frankford ave! I'll tell all my friends! thank emma’s cafe and restaurant for my day! <============================================================================================================================================================================================================================================
Wow, this place is great! cordial host and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. eating is delicious and mouthwater. when I was there for the first time, I had a laugh and a cheesecake for dessert - they were both delicious and well presented. a great place to take their important others on a date, as the dining room is cozy with red table linen. the only disadvantage is that there is very little to no parking possibility. the restaurant has only street parking places that no one should stop trying.
I love emmas! my name is dominic and I recently discovered this Italian restaurant on a family trip and I must say that I was addicted to eating. the seafood pasta is flawless and the chicken marsala has impressed me particularly since I have so high standards for this dish. the waitresses are always above everything and are so helpful. the menu is super flexible and they even make special orders. the owners always come out and say hi and it really goes to show how proud they are on their food and business. it's only 6 months ago since I first visited and I think I'll often return for the rest of my life :d
Family friendly, affordable and conveniently located BYOB spot in Northeast Philly (just outside Center City Philadelphia). Decor is a bit dated, but truly delicious Italian dinners and desserts make Emma's Cafe well worth the visit.
