Evil Genius Beer Company - Philadelphia

I thought this place was pretty average. The location is cool and there was a lot of place to sit and chill with friends. I was not very impressed by their beers. The IPAs were just ok but nothing really stood out. One of the bar-backs also kept passing gas which was disgusting?.

This was my first time at Evil Genius Beer Company . The vibe is very chill.. the food was okay. I had the $1 tacos on Thursday. It was the first Thursday selling tacos for this special. The tacos didn?t come with cheese, so be sure to request it. The tacos were kind of bland. I had to use hot sauce to add some flavor. The staff were friendly. No complaints with that. Visited Evil Genius finally after living in Philly for a few years now. Came out to try their sour beer focused event which was fun! The beer garden was a little small for the event and more shade would have been appreciated, but the sours were great. Afterwards we tried out the normal tap room and was impressed with the vibes inside. Will likely come back to try more beers.

Cool, airy spot with good beer and big screens to watch the Champions League Final. It was pretty empty when I came at 3:30pm on a Sat but gradually filled up. They also have a lot of board games and big tables for big groups. Nice outdoors area too, but without screens.

I was disappointed because there were no sours at the time of my visit but this brewery came highly recommended by a ton of people , awesome vibe and environment, very nice set up , plenty of seating and the staff were so awesome and attentive, customer service is big for me and they were great this Sunday evening , decent amount of beer choices and they do rotate there stock so , they should be getting a sour in soon I?ll definitely go back and try it just because of
