Fine Wine Good Spirits - Philadelphia

One of the smaller FWGS locations, so not many choices or inventory if they are looking for diversity. beautiful that they have a parking lot, though very small, so they might have to wait for a place to open up sometimes.

There are some employees who are friendlier than others, but overall the selection at this restaurant is fantastic.

An hour before closing my friend and I had an event and we had to rush to the nearest store. Went to pick up one bottle of wine and Pineapple Malibu. When we went to the register the “manager” insisted she sees both of our IDS. My friend then realized she must of forgot in the the house rushing out. Extremely frustrated, I showed her mine and asked was it okay if I just purchase the alcohol considering I have my ID. “Manager” was very unprofessional about the situation and snatched the items off the register and walked away to insist that I could not purchase anything due to my friend NOT having her ID. I get every store has policies, but customer service still has to held to a certain standard and as a “manager” her attitude, lack of professionalism and unwillingness to even care seems extremely offensive.
