Contribuisci feedbackI visited the restaurant today and ordered a turkey hoagie and buffalo wings, specifically requesting the wings to be well done. I made it clear to the person taking my order, who I believe was the manager, and I thought they understood my request. Unfortunately, the wings came out undercooked and were unappetizing, rendering them inedible for me. The hoagie was fine, but it wasn’t what I was in the mood for at the time. I felt quite disappointed and frustrated that my request seemed to be overlooked. It was particularly baffling since there were no other customers in the restaurant, so there shouldn't have been any reason the wings couldn't have been cooked longer. If my request was an issue, I would have preferred to be informed and would have been fine with leaving my order behind. I don't mind being told no, but I do mind wasting my money.
This is the most overpriced pizzeria in Philadelphia. The place is incredibly basic, yet they charge more than all their competitors. Don't waste your hard-earned money on their expensive and unimpressive food. It's hard to believe that this business is still open with such high prices for such low-quality offerings.
I went to the counter to explain the situation, and they told me I needed to call the number listed on the ATM. When I called, the phone rang, someone picked up, and then they hung up on me. I then spoke to a very rude man who worked there, explaining that this was all the money I had to eat for the day and asking if they could simply reimburse me the amount the ATM took. After waiting my whole lunch break and about half an hour, he finally got someone on the phone, and apparently, they told him not to give me any money but to have me contact the ATM owner for reimbursement. I was hoping they would have good customer service and simply refund the money that was taken from me, but that didn’t happen. Their customer service skills are very poor, and as someone who has done business with them, I feel that customers should not be treated this way. I will never patronize this restaurant again, despite its convenience.
The experience was horrible from this place. We ordered pizzas for a party and they never arrived after an hour. We called the store and were told to handle an issues on the slice app. After sending a family member to pick up the pizza, we were informed that the store sold two of the pizzas that we purchased.
It was good. It's hard to get good pizza around here and I liked it.Food: 4/5
